Savi 700 Series Troubleshooting: Bluetooth Indicator Still On

Why does the Savi 700 series mobile phone audio link indicator (not the Bluetooth pairing button) stay on after I disconnect a call from a Samsung SGH-i637 call or hang up my headset?
The reason for this behavior is that the Samsung phone does not tell the Savi the call is closed and the link to the headset remains turned on.

To fix this, upgrade the Samsung phone to Windows Mobile from 6.1 to version 6.5.
