Example: TC8 keeps losing connectivity with endpoint. After powers cycling the unit it appears to restore functions. I have noticed the Ip address sometimes shows as I checked the software on the controller and it shows as

TC8 Logs

Currently the logs from a TC8 come exclusively from the endpoint to which is paired to.

GC8 Logs

The G Series or X Family logs are downloadable via the web interface of the endpoint. Log in via the IP address > Diagnostics > Logs > Download Logs.

Serial Number Location

The serial number is on the bottom of the touch control.
