S12: How to Adjust the Volume

This procedure explains how to adjust the speaking and listening volume on your S12 amplifier.

To adjust your speaking volume:
  1. Use the speaking volume dial (see below) to adjust how loud you sound to your caller.
  2. If you sound too loud to your caller, move the speaking volume master (see below) switch from the high to the low setting (and vice versa).

To adjust your listening volume:
Use the dial on the top of the amplifier. The dial is located between the headset/handset and mute buttons (see below).
