1.  Log into the Admin Portal 2.  Click on Device>Device Manager 3.  Select the Media Suite Center and click the Edit button 4.  Click on Network Settings>General System Network Settings tab 5.  Enter an FQDN 6.  Save your settings 7.  In the Chrome browser, clear your browser cache 8.  Relaunch the Media Suite User Portal
