Question

I pressed the call control button on my Voyager Pro UC (B230/B230-M) headset, but the light on the adapter does not start flashing and I don't hear any audio. What can I do?

If nothing happens on the adapter after you press the call control button on the headset, try the following:
  1. Tap the call control button on the headset to see if the light on the adapter starts flashing.
  2. If the light does not start flashing, reboot your computer.
  3. Tap the call control button again to see if the light on the adapter starts flashing.
  4. If the light still does not flash, contact our Technical Assistance Center for further help.
