Warranty Replacements: Spare parts and Accessories
Spares and accessories are not covered under warranty, however, if applicable, Plantronics can exchange a spare part or accessory of your product.
Also replacing only the headset or base rather than an entire unit is possible, based on the model and the availability of the part. If you would like to replace a component only, you will need to register the specific name or the serial number of that part in the warranty form.
