Savi Office: How to Conference Multiple Headsets

How do I conference multiple headsets on a call?
This article pertains to models WO100, WO200, WO101, WO201, WO300, and WO350 The Savi Office headset conferencing feature enables you to subscribe up to 3 additional headsets to a base during a call. These are called "guest" headsets. This feature allows guest headset users to participate in a call. Each guest headset retains its ability to increase/decrease its receive volume or mute its microphone. Guest headsets do not have any call control function, as they can only be added into the conference after the master headset (the original headset subscribed to the base) has an active link to the base open. The guest headset(s) lose their connection to the base when the master headset link is turned off. To Add a Guest Headset: You can add a guest headset while the master headset is on a call.
  1. Place the guest headset into the charge cradle of the master headset if it is the same style, or place the guest headset into over-the-air subscription mode by pressing the headset volume up button for three seconds until the indicator light becomes solid green.
  2. Short press (less than one second) the subscription button on the base. The subscription light flashes yellow and green.
  3. The subscription light turns solid yellow and a tone plays in the master headset indicating that a guest wishes to join the call.
  4. Press the call control button on the master headset within five seconds to add the guest to the call. If you do not press the call control button within five seconds, Savi rejects the request to join the call and plays an error tone in the the guest headset.
To End the Conference Link: Guests should press the call control button on their headsets to leave the call. A single tone plays in the master headset as each guest leaves the call.
