Can’t access the web interface of the Trio from a browser.

This customer is using a Mac laptop and using ‘Chrome’ as a browser they can’t web into the Trio using the IP address of the Trio.  They get a message saying that the Trio is “unreachable” in their browser.
Turned out that they had the Trio connected using a LAN cable back to their switch and they had it running on Wi-Fi at the same time.  Had them turn off Wi-Fi on the Trio; reboot the Trio; find the IP of it via the phone’s user interface; then try that IP in their browser using https:// in front of it.  They were then successfully able to web into the Trio and make their configuration changes.
