Savi 700 Series Troubleshooting: No Dial Tone

I have a Savi 700 Series system with an EHS cable. I updated the firmware, and now I cannot hear a dial tone in the headset when I try to make a desk phone call. What can I do?


  1. Unplug the EHS cable.
  2. Unplug the power supply.
  3. Plug in the EHS cable.
  4. Plug in the power supply.
