Chief Transformation Officer
Gloria Loredo is Chief Transformation Officer at Poly. Leading the company’s Transformation Office, Gloria and her team are focused on bringing about change as well as growth in revenue and profit. The Transformation Office helps optimize business processes and capabilities, establish the cadence of change, drive organizational health and the behaviors necessary to effect sustainable change.
Prior to her current role, Gloria was VP of Global Operations and Americas Services within Poly’s Global Services business. In this role, Gloria drove strategic planning, service offer portfolio management, channel management, service readiness and technical training, and managed the global Tier 1 Call Center operations, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiencies. She has held leadership roles at Poly since 2011.
Prior to joining Poly, Gloria worked for Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), where she was Director of Business Operations and Excellence for the Consulting and System Integration group within Global Services. Gloria has worked for several leading companies including Motorola, Comcast, Convergys and CGI. She has extensive operational and strategic experience within Global Services, focused on developing strong collaborative relationships with customers, partners and suppliers. Gloria has worked in Latin America, Europe and APAC and has lived in Mexico and Spain.
Gloria holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from Northwestern University. Gloria is married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, volunteering and trail maintenance work.
