Blackwire 500 Series Troubleshooting: Callers Cannot Hear Me
When I use my Blackwire C510/C520/C510-M/C520-M to make a call, callers are not able to hear me. How can I fix this?
Callers may not be able to hear you if:
- The headset is muted. Press the mute button to unmute the microphone.
- The headset boom is not aligned correctly. Align the headset boom parallel to your mouth.
