Savi 400 Series Troubleshooting: Headset Not Working with MS Lync/Office Communicator

My headset is not working with Microsoft Lync/Office Communicator. How can I fix this issue?
To fix the issue of the headset not working with Microsoft Lync/Office Communicator:
  • Ensure your headset is charged.
  • Ensure your headset is subscribed to the USB adapter.
  • Press the call button on your headset.
  • Fine-tune the listening volume on the headset using the volume up and down button. Note: If the volume is still too low, adjust the listening volume on the PC suing Microsoft Lync/Office Communicator.
