Entera Troubleshooting: Callers Cannot Hear Me

When I answer a call on my Entera HW121N-USB/HW111N-USB, callers are unable to hear me. How can I fix this issue?
To fix this issue:
  • Ensure your headset is not muted. If it is, press the mute button on the headset to unmute the microphone.
  • Ensure the headset microphone boom is aligned correctly. Align the headset boom parallel to your mouth.
