Savi 400 Series: How to Switch from Wideband to Narrowband Audio
The Savi 400 series can support both wideband and narrowband audio. Wideband audio is turned on by default, but can be turned off if desired. Leaving wideband audio turned on may result in decreased talk time.
To change the audio mode:
- Turn off the headset if it has an active link; the USB adaptor indicator light should be solid green.
- Single press the subscription button on the USB adaptor.
- If the subscription indicator light blinks green, the audio mode is set to wideband.
- If the subscription indicator light blinks red, the audio mode is set to narrowband.
