Savi W430/W440 Troubleshooting: Receive audio in Avaya one-X Communicator is distorted when receiving/making a call within phone network
The audio I hear from a softphone-to-softphone call or a call from/to a IP phone on the same network is distorted. The transmit audio from my headset is fine. When I make or receive a call through the PBX the audio is good. What is the problem?
Upgrade to Avaya One X Communicator 6.1 SP5. This update address issues with system codec and headset sampling rate.
