Sound Structure and HDX8000 integration does not pass audio to or from the far end in a point to point video call
DESCRIPTION:
A support call from the field revealed that a point to point video call cannot transmit or receive audio when a Sound Structure device is integrated with an HDX8000 via the CLINK cable.
RESOLUTION:
The audio issue was resolved by dragging and dropping the Conference link inputs from C16 (bus id:1) to C16 (bus id:2) in the wiring page.
