Polycom CX300 not resuming functionality after powering PC down
Under rare circumstances a Polycom CX300 USB LYNC device may not resume functionality after a PC was powered down and requires the USB cable to be disconnected and to be reconnected.
Please contact your Polycom support team and quote VOIP-94792 in order to be issued with a Software Upgrade.
