DMA in super cluster lost the clarity license
DMA in super cluster lost the clarity license. Example: If you have a total of 220 license count which you allocate 110 for One DMA and 110 to the other and one of the DMAs in the Super Cluster completely loses the license causing calls not to connect. Verify the service date in
https://polycom.flexnetoperations.com/control/pycm/login as it could have expired.
In looking in
https://polycom.flexnetoperations.com/control/pycm/login, verify that the CLARITI,HA,LIC,TERM has not expired. If so, this is the cause and you can redo the allocation to share the licenses left until the CLARITI,HA,LIC,TERM is renewed.
