[VIDEO] How to reset the CS50/CS55/CS60

This procedure describes how to reset the system on your CS50, CS55, or CS60.

To reset your CS50/CS55/CS60:
  1. Press in and hold the mute control (A) and the talk button (B) until the talk indicator light (C) on the headset starts blinking rapidly. Release both buttons.
  2. Press and hold the talk button (B) again. Wait for the talk indicator light to stop blinking, then release the button.
  3. Disconnect the AC power supply from the bottom of the base. Wait 5 seconds, then reconnect. The system reset is complete.
  4. Test the headset to ensure it works properly.
