VVX registered to Genband and an Avaya endpoint have one way audio after hold and resume due to SRTP failure

One way audio is observed when a VVX endpoint registered to Genband is in a call with an Avaya phone for approximately 22 minutes and the call is held and resume by either endpoint.

Steps: 
1. Initiate a call from Poly to an Avaya endpoint 
2. The call connects with two-way audio
3. Wait for approximately 22 minutes and place the Avaya phone or VVX 450 on hold
4. Resume the held call
5. One-way audio observed on the Avaya phone
