Voyager Legend Troubleshooting: Sensors not working as expected
The Smart Sensors on my Voyager Legend aren't working. What can I do?
Turn the Sensors Off: If you have continued issues, try turning the Smart Sensors off. You can do so using Plantronics Hub:
- Go to https://www.poly.com/us/en/support/downloads-apps/hub-desktop
- Select Voyager Legend.
- Click Get Started.
- Follow the on screen prompts until you reach the "Personalize Your Settings" screen.
- In the "Smart Sensors" section, click No to turn sensors off or Yes to turn sensors on.
- Click the Update Your Headset button at the bottom of the screen.
