When a CCX 500 or 600 phone hangs up a call after putting it on hold, the far end does not hang up. This was a very specific scenario where the call is answered / dialed by lifting the handset. After the call is connected, the CCX user puts the call on hold. Then the CCX user ends the call (while still in hold state) by placing the handset on the phone. This would cause the far end to still be connected with music on hold being played.
This was an issue on the Teams app and is fixed by Microsoft on Teams APK 2021 Update #3B which is included with Poly UC software 7.1.4. Please upgrade the CCX phones to Poly UC software 7.1.4.0200 or any Teams certified version above to fix this issue.
