When GS joins WebEx meeting, WebEx meetings content drops 80% of the time. Disabling H.239 will switch content to video channel and not drop.
If a Group Series joins a WexEx meeting that is showing content, a majority of the time the content will drop and need to be restarted.
This is a known WebEx issue that they stated they will not correct. The only current work around is to disable H.239 on the Group Series prior to joining the call. This will force the content on to the people channel at the Group Series. Poly will update the Group Series 6.2.1.1 Release Notes to reflect this condition.
