Poly Elara 60 Series does not support S4B app (Skype for Business) and mute sync issue may occur

You can make calls on Skype for Business and the audio will work with Poly Elara 60 Series but if you use the mute function you may encounter issues of the mute synchronization not working between Poly Elara 60 Series and the S4B app.
This issue will not be fixed because Poly Elara 60 Series does not officially support S4B. The mitigation for this issue is either to use Teams (which is officially supported by the Poly Elara 60 Series) or if you want to S4B just find a way of using the headset mute only for example that may avoid the mute sync issue occurring.
