CT11/CT12: Interference with Wireless Routers
If you encounter interference with your wireless router/hub while using your phone, you can manually change the phone’s channel for clearer operation. When you press the SELECT/CH key on the remote, the CT11/CT12 2.4GHZ Cordless Headset Telephone searches through the 35 channels to find a better frequency. Note that you cannot manually choose the frequency, and the system will automatically reset itself when you turn it off.
The only way to eliminate interference is to put the CT11/CT12 base in a different room than your computer or to contact your wireless provider and request that they change your router's frequencies. You might ask them to block any frequencies that the CT11/12 uses. Click here to view the frequency for each channel.
