About Plantronics Audio Processors
Most phones do not directly support the use of a headset; they need an audio processor, amplifier, or another adapter in order for call audio to transmit correctly to and from the headset. Plantronics audio processors/amplifiers enable using our
H Series headsets with most desk phone models. Note that when you purchase an audio processor, it comes with the cables you need to connect to both your headset and desk phone.
