CS500 Series Troubleshooting: Auto answer does not work as expected
- I set the auto answer switch to "on" but my calls are not automatically answered
or
- I set the auto answer switch to "off" but my calls are still automatically answered.
Issue One of two issues may be occurring:
- Even though the auto answer switch is set to the "on" position (green), calls are not answered automatically.
- Even though the auto answer switch is set to the "off" position (red), calls are answered automatically.
