Explorer 300 Series Troubleshooting: Headset Doesn't Work with Phone
My Explorer 330/340/350/360/370/380/390 headset isn't working with my phone. What can I do?
If your headset does not work with your phone, try the following:
- Ensure the headset is paired to your phone. To do so, go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone (see your cell phone manual for instructions), and verify the Plantronics headset appears in the list. If it isn't in the list, try pairing the headset to your phone again. Click here for pairing instructions.
- If the headset is paired to your phone, ensure that it is connected. To do so, press the call control button on the headset, and try using the headset again.
- If the issue persists, reset your system:
a. Delete the headset from your phone.
b. Turn off your phone and headset.
c. If possible, remove the battery from your cell phone and leave out for about 30 seconds.
d. Re-insert the battery and power the phone back on.
e. Pair the headset to your phone again.
