To update the firmware of your Backbeat headset please read the following instructions:

1. Go to your Android or iOS application store and download the Plantronics Backbeat App in your smartphone.
2. Pair your headset with the smartphone using the regular
pairing process.
3. Open the Backbeat App and select the
Settings icon.
4. Select the
Update option and update the firmware if an update is available
