Plantronics USB Headsets: Seamless Transfer With Avaya One-X Not Working Properly
When I use seamless transfer with one x communicator, Spokes 2.8.2 and mobile phone, the far end user is placed on hold. Is this a known issue?
This was identified in Avaya One X Communicator 6.2 and below. Avaya’s modified headset.dll enabled Plantronics engineering to fix the issue in Spokes. This will be added to Spokes 2.8.3 schedule to be released in June/July 2014. Avaya will add the fix to One X communicator 6.2 SP4 scheduled to be released in September 2014. Customers should have both Spokes 2.8.3 and One X communicator version 6.2 SP4 for the seamless transfer to work properly.
