RMX 2000; SVC and mix SVC/AVC mix mode capabilities on RMX version 8.5

SVC and mix SVC/AVC mix mode capabilities on RMX version 8.5 (no HD in SVC/AVC conference on 8.5, expectation was set by the engineering for this functionality to be applied) This flag is not described in the documentation.
This functionality has been added on feature request and is tested/proven to be working on the RMX platform.
There are some engineering requests pending to add this to the Administrator's Guide at this time.

Please enable these two flags on the RMX:
ENABLE_HIGH_VIDEO_RES_AVC_TO_SVC_IN_MIXED_MODE YES
ENABLE_HIGH_VIDEO_RES_SVC_TO_AVC_IN_MIXED_MODE YES
