Backbeat Pro 5100 Firmware Update Known issue
Please be aware that at the moment we are experiencing issues with the Backbeat Pro 5100 when doing an update using an iPhone. If you attempt to update your headset with the Backbeat App the following error might appear:
We are currently working on a solution that will take effect on a future update, for now as a workaround you can update your headset on Android based phone.
It is recommended to turn off the sensors before doing the update on Android phones otherwise, if you are not wearing the headset, it will turn off in the middle of the process and will interrupt the update.
