Backbeat Series: How to update the firmware
To update the firmware of your Backbeat headset please read the following instructions:

- iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
- BackBeat FIT 3100
- BackBeat FIT 2100
- BackBeat FIT 350
- BackBeat GO 410
- BackBeat GO 810
1. Go to your Android or iOS application store and download the Poly Backbeat App in your smartphone.
2. Pair your headset with the smartphone using the regular pairing process in our
user guide.
3. Open the Backbeat App and select the
Settings icon.
4. Select the
Update option and update the firmware if an update is available
