Dès que je mode secret de mon Voyager Legend casque connecté à une configuration avec un téléphone Polycom VVX500 Lync via l'adaptateur USB, le téléphone est rétabli lui-même. Quel est le problème?
Il s'agit d'un téléphone problème du micrologiciel de la version 5.0. Polycom fixe ce problème à 5.0.1. Le correctif a été vérifié par Plantronics.
