How to Conference Multiple Headsets using the Savi 7200 Series

The Savi 7200 series enables you to conference in up to three additional headsets with the master headset
There are two methods to conference in the guest headsets: secure and over-the-air. Use the secure method to conference headsets that are the same model as the master headset, and the over-the-air method to conference in different headset models. Note: A headset conference can only take place while the master headset has an active link.  If the master headset is turned off, all the guest headsets will be dropped.  Guest headset users can mute and adjust their volume independently; however, once the master headset is muted, all guest headsets are muted as well.

To conference in headset models identical to the master headset:
  1. Place a call or ensure the master headset link is on.
  2. Place the guest headset in the charging cradle of the master headset base.

Note: Depending upon how dense your headset environment is (i.e. how many headsets are being used around you), you may need to have the headset fairly close to the base in order to perform an over-the-air subscription. If you are experiencing issues performing an over-the-air subscription, you may want to try moving the headset closer to the base.

To remove a guest headset: To remove a guest headset from the conference, press the call button of the headset you wish to remove. The subscription indicator light on the base will turn green.
