Calisto P240/P240-M Troubleshooting: Loss of transmit audio while in docking station or USB hub
While on a call my transmit audio will randomly stop after a certain amount of time. I can press the mute button and the call resumes. It seems to only happen while the P240 is plugged into my docking station. Why does this happen?
The problem was identified and fixed in firmware version 440. To resolve the issue, update your Calisto P240 to firmware version 440 using the Plantronics Hub.
