DA60 Agent Status Troubleshooting: Settings Changed/Disappeared

I'm an agent using the DA60, and I cannot change my settings/my features have changed. Why?
A supervisor can remove certain adjustable features. When this occurs, those features won't be visible on your screen. Also, your supervisor has the ability to lock any or all of your settings from a remote computer. Your IT manager may have the same capability. Check with your management.
