Explorer 500/505 Known Issue: PC Screen Turns Off
Issue: The computer screen sometimes turns off when the Explorer 500/505 is plugged into a laptop via the charge strap.
Cause: Certain laptops have a sensor near the USB port that is meant to detect when the laptop is closed. If the magnet on the charge strap comes into contact with this sensor, it can cause the laptop screen to flutter or turn off.
Resolution: Do not place the headset on the computer while charging using the charge strap, as the magnet is located on the headset end of the charge strap.
