Hearing Heavy Static in the Headset

Answer

  • The link to the headset may be lost.  Try to reestablish a link by pressing the call control button.
  • Unplug the A/C charger from the base for 5 seconds, then plug it back in.
  • Reset the whole system.  Click here for instructions on how to reset.
