Question
My Voyager Pro HD does not answer calls when I put it on or transfer call audio to the phone when I take it off. How can this be fixed?Answer
Issue- The Voyager Pro HD does not automatically answer your mobile phone calls when you put on the headset
- The headset does not transfer the call audio to your mobile phone when you take off the headset mid-call
The headset sensors may not be detecting the wearing state properly.
Resolution
- Try recalibrating the headset's sensors.
- If desired, you can disable the sensors completely using Plantronics HUB. If you do so, you will have to answer/end your calls by pressing the call control button on your headset.
- If issues persist, contact Plantronics Support.
