The Poly Zero Touch solution is a cloud-based service designed to simplify the deployment of Poly devices. With Poly Zero Touch, you can create and manage provisioning profiles that enable your customers to install their own devices without the need of a supplier or skilled installer to deploy the phones.

You can also use Poly Zero Touch to perform the following tasks on the supported devices:

    Update software
    Set additional configuration parameters that simplify deployment

Poly Zero Touch users can access the following services and components:

    An automated server available 24×7 that accepts requests from Poly devices and provides an initial configuration of the devices
    A partner web portal and API accessible by registered partners and channels that you can use to do the following:
        Create configuration profiles
        Associate devices to a configuration profile
        Generate reports and query the status of devices associated with Poly Zero Touch

Use of Poly Zero Touch requires a partner to meet the following criteria:
1.Be a Poly VoIP certified partner

2.Agree to Poly's end-user license agreement (EULA)

3.Have employees who use Poly Zero Touch complete training
