CS50-USB/CS60-USB Troubleshooting: Computer does not recognize headset

My computer does not recognize my CS50-USB/CS60-USB headset.  What should I do?
Check the right side of your charging base to see if the green light is on:
  • If the green light isn't on, reset the system.
  • If the green light is on, {ArticleLink Urlname="RN7979" Label="reinstall the unit"}.
