About the H Series Headsets

Plantronics H Series headsets (aka H tops) have a quick disconnect ( QD) connector that enables you to easily disconnect and re-connect your headset when you need to move away from your phone. With the QD, there's no need to put the call on hold or remove your headset.

What You Need to Get Started

Desk Phone

In order to start using an H Series headset with desk phone:

Choose your headset model (refer to the list below).
To connect to a headset-ready phone, use a direct connect.

If you are unsure of which option would be best for you, refer to our product configurator. Computer In order to start using an H Series headset with a computer:

Choose your headset model (refer to the list below).
Choose either a USB audio processor cable, as desired.

Mobile and Cordless Phone In order to start using an H Series headset with a mobile or cordless phone:

Choose your headset model (refer to the list below).
Choose the appropriate 2.5mm cable that meets your needs.
