SupraPlus Wideband: Cannot Hear Callers
When I receive a call on my SupraPlus Wideband headset, I am unable to hear the callers. What is the reason?
To fix this issue
- Verify that the Quick Disconnect is connected.
- Ensure the headset is positioned properly.
- If you use the amplifier, ensure that it has been installed correctly.
- If you use the amplifier, turn up the volume control.
- Change amplifier's configuration switch to a different position.
