EagleEye Director II not tracking

The eagle eye cameras stand at attention but don't move or track during a test. Details about testing circumstances: There is a solid blue LED on the Director 2 itself, indicating normal operation. The speaker is within the view of the analytics camera during the test. In diagnostics > audio, the audio is being picked up by the various microphones. Speaker tracking is turned on. The codec (G7500) is in Poly Video OS mode.

Also turn on speaker tracking via the TC8.
