Voyager 8200 UC Known issue

When using the Voyager 8200 with the BT600 it is best to try and have the right side of the body of the headset on the same side as the BT600 when installed to the computer; you can identify the right ear on the speaker, on the inner part of the cushion. This will help to limit the amount of intermittent audio quality or packet drops. This known issue is being addressed with some of the newer BT versions such as BT 5.0 and 5.1 and will be implemented in our portfolio in the future.
