CS500 Series Troubleshooting: Handset Lifter Not Working
The handset lifter is installed but does not lift the handset.
- Ensure your headset is linked to your base (if there is an active link, the green light on the base is on). If it isn't, subscribe the headset to the base.
- If the issue persists, ensure the handset lifter power cord is firmly pushed into the handset lifter jack.
- If the issue persists, replace the lifter. If the lifter is still within the vendor warranty period, replace it through your vendor. If it is outside of the vendor warranty period, replace it via our Warranty Service.
