Like a traditional phone, the CX300 includes convenient buttons for controlling calls, such as a full dial pad and keys for controlling volume, mute, speakerphone, hold, redial and external headset mode. A two-line monochrome backlit display shows you important call details during your call and displays your Skype for Business presence status when idle.
