어떻게 해야 하나요?
원인: 일부 USB 허브는 USB Bluetooth 어댑터와 호환되지 않는 칩을 사용합니다.
해결 방법: 마우스 또는 USB Bluetooth 어댑터를 다른 USB 포트에 연결합니다.
