How to Install Plantronics Wireless Headsets with Cisco Phones
If using the HL10 handset Lifter
1. Install the handset of the phone into the Plantronics Telephone Interface Cable.
2. Install the headset base unit into the handset port of the phone. Leave the “headset port” empty.
3. Answer/End calls by pressing the call control button on the headset. All headset settings are factory default.
If NOT using the HL10 handset Lifter
1. Install the headset base unit into the “headset port” on the phone. Do not unplug the phone handset.
2. Move the compatibility slider switch of the headset base to letter "D". NOTE: For other brands of phones the switch will remain on letter A.
3. Answer/End calls by pressing the headsets call control button and phone headset button. Note: This set up does not require to remove the handset off the phone cradle.
**For instalation of older models of headsets please click the link below . NOTE: You will need Adobe Reader to view the file. You can download Reader for free on Adobe's web site.
